PAYMENT

SELF PAY

Sunshine Collins LLC accepts payment by cash, certified check, credit card, and money order.   Sunshine Collins LLC does not provide sliding scale fee schedules.

INSURANCE

Payment is due at time of service.  An itemized statement is provided for all services.  Individuals can then submit a request to their insurance company for payment of covered services.

LAW FIRM

Sunshine Collins LLC accepts cash, money orders, credit cards, and business checks.  Sunshine Collins LLC does not accept cases predicated on attorney liens.
